dB = 20 * log10(V/V(ref)), (V(ref) = Reference Voltage)
W = V * V / Ω (Ω = load)
dBm = 10 * log10(W/1000)
dBW = 10 * log10(W)
A = V / Ω

Error(%) -> Error(dB):
Voltage: EdB = 20 * Log10(1+E%/100)
Power: EdB = 10 * Log10(1+E%/100)
